Loan Signing Fees
Act-1 Single Loan Closing {15 miles of travel included} $75 Act-2 Additional related {piggy back} loan closing $35 Act-3 Printing of electronic documents up to 200 pages $35 printing of additional pages $ 0.25 per page Act-4 Travel and non-closing fee $50- This fee is due if notary travels to location and borrower refuses to sign Act-5 Cancellation Fee $35-applied if notified 1-hour or less of cancellation of appointment
